Delete your Nexumo account

Deletion removes your sign-in access, email, profile photo, push token and organization membership. Your organization and its assets are not deleted. Your name remains attached to checkout history and other asset records, labeled as a former member, so the organization can identify who handled assets. Asset notes and shared photos remain while the organization retains those records. Other members can continue managing assets.

If you are the only organization admin, first invite or promote another admin in the web dashboard. An admin can force-check-in assets still assigned to a departed member. This request does not cancel an organization subscription.
